PerCurra provides funded training programmes for all members of staff to assist with personal development and to help maintain the quality and exceptional levels of care we provide.

Training is delivered through a centralised professional training company that combines theory and practical experience in a format designed to suit individual needs and learning style.

All aspects of training is assessed throughout each course using "on the job" supervisors who assess and support your learning experience.

PerCurra utilises nationally recognised and accredited training NVQ level 2 and 3 and the Registered Manager Award to enable staff to achieve recognition for the skills they develop.
